WE HAVE A 12 STEP CLEANING PROGRAM FOR CARPET. HERE ARE THE STEPS THAT WE TAKE:

1) Pre-inspection – Our service technician will inspect your areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
2) Commercial Prevacuum – Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
3) Furniture Moving – Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure. The furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.
4) Prespray & Pre-Spot – The carpet is “pre sprayed” with special cleaning compounds specially designed for your particular carpet & soil condition. This loosens up the soil to make rinsing more effective.
Whether your carpet is wool, olefin berber, nylon berber, or cut pile nylon our technicians will be using products designed for that carpet.
5) Pre-Groom – The “pre-spray” is then worked into the fiber using a hand rake.
6) Rinse & Extract – Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet. This step sanitizes & deodorizes the carpet. Water pressure is regulated so that carpet is not over wet. – depending on thickness& depth of carpet
7) Neutralize– Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so there is no sticky residue left behind. This treatment is applied as a rinse thru the machine or is applied after rinsing depending on soil conditions.
8) Post Spot Treatment – If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed. - we have written procedures for every situation
9) Carpet Protection applied. We use Dupont Teflon Advanced
10) Speed Dry – High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet to speed dry the carpet, if necessary. In most cases it is not and the carpet is considerably dryer when we are ready to leave.
11) Post Grooming – The carpet pile is set in one direction (using a carpet rake) for faster drying and more visual appeal.
12) Post Inspection – Please walk through your home with our technician to inspect our work. Let us know that you are pleased by signing our service receipt.

1) Pre-inspection – Our service technician will inspect the upholstery, noting fabric type and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
2) Prespray & Pre-Spot – The fabric is “pre sprayed” with special cleaning compounds specially designed for your particular fabric & soil condition. This loosens up the soil to make rinsing more effective.
3) Pre-Agitate – The prespray will be worked into the fabric with a white towel or a horsehair brush, specially designed for this use.
4) Rinse & Extract – Once the soil has been loosened, we will thoroughly flush the fabric with our specially designed upholstery extraction tools. This step sanitizes & deodorizes fabric. Water pressure is regulated so that fabric is not over wet.
5) Post Spot Treatment – If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed. - we have written procedures for every situation
6) Dry Toweling – The fabric will be toweled for moisture absorption to facilitate drying.
7) Speed Dry – High velocity air movers are set in place to
speed dry the upholstery, if necessary.
8) Post Grooming – If the fabric has a knap, the knap is set in one direction using a grooming brush or white towel.

Here’s how it works…

1: Thorough Inspection

First, we will identify any conditions that may present cleaning challenges such as permanent stains, sunlight damage, etc. We will give you an evaluation of what kind of results we expect,

2: Pre-Vacuum

Dry soil removal is the most important step in cleaning any textile. Your drapes will be completely vacuumed to remove dust and dry soils.

3: Chem Sponge Cleaning

Specially treated “sponges” will be used to remove soil. These sponges are treated with dry-cleaning solvents, but do not have any liquid in them. These “dry” sponges are great for removing oil based soils that become airborne when cooking, etc.

4: Post Spot

Removal of any spots not removed during the chem sponge process will be treated with the appropriate professional cleaning agent.

5: Drapery Fresh

The Drapery Fresh product is a special solution made just for drapes that displaces additional soils and brightens the drapes at the same time. This product is lightly misted onto the drapes.

6: Post Inspection

Our technician will go over the cleaning results with you when finished.
